We love making cakes because we love eating them. Always have, always will. We love the crumbly edges, the soft, fluffy middle, and the delicate grace note of carefully-confected icing.

Whether it’s a conference, office party or public event, when there’s a lot at stake you have to resort to slightly ungentlemanly or unladylike conduct. Business is business, and in our weaker moments we’ve all resorted to various forms of low animal cunning to get the piece we want: the piece with a bit of everything.
